Amrit Singh
Amrit Singh has had a daily practice of yoga and meditation for 35 years and has been a practitoner of Chinese Herbal Medicine for 30 years (but only a really good one for the last 3, thanks to a brillant mentor!) I’m also an acupuncturist but I find myself using this less often due to the effectiveness of herbal medicine. I can give a great Shiatsu massage and I remain ever a student in the art and science of Karam Kriya Numerology. I have a great love and loyalty for Kundalini Yoga (though I have studied many other forms) and this is the greatest gift i have been graced to serve.
